Sucks at your brain
all night as you try to sleep
work
or do anything.
Thoughts discarded
and lost.
---
Spiraling you into
words
songs
single meaningless verses
and broken chords...
---
Pulls your heart into a vacuum
disturbing the intestines
an infestation of butterflies
and that unbearable thump
thump!
---
Your breath plucked out
by a mouth,
a glued-on parasite
comfortably maneuvering it's way around yours.
---
Pink skin and unwanted flesh marks
and scars
everywhere where the essence was taken
in gentle
sips...
---
Sucking time out of your life
time contemplating nothing
doing nothing
touching something
and experiencing everything!
---
A collision of souls
trying to break free from the material realm...
Creating a wormhole
and once you're in –
all memory is lost.
---
So, I agree
with the pessimists
masochists
non-believers
and you –
Love
does
suck!

What an awesome poem! I stumbled across it because I wrote a Hub with the word "suck" in the title and I was looking for links when I posted my Hub. I write a lot of poetry and I loved this. I did link to it too!
